Govt must outline plan for Ireland West Airport Knock – Calleary

Fianna Fáil TD for Mayo Dara Calleary says the Government must stop delaying and publish a plan for Ireland West Airport Knock.  Seven county councils across the West and North West have approved plans to fund a stake in the airport following the EU Commission’s decision to green light the Regional Airport Programme. – New figures show true extent of housing emergency in Mayo – – Govt TDs using outdated figures to mask the reality of housing crisis – New figures obtained by Fianna Fáil TD Dara Calleary have revealed a shocking surge in social housing waiting lists in Mayo over the past two years. Fianna Fáil TD for Mayo Dara Calleary has called on Irish Water to undertake a full assessment of the condition of the pipe network in Ballina as a matter of urgency.  It follows a number of major bursts in the town in recent days and months.
